Refund and Return Policy

General Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the same packaging as delivered.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

International Returns

• Since all orders are shipped from Malaysia, international returns may take additional time for the product to reach us and be inspected.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the return package complies with international shipping regulations.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

Customers must contact support to arrange an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
